Rolf Petermann is a licensed Architect in Kansas and Missouri, with a background in local agriculture, music, natural construction, and yoga. He grew up in a German-speaking household in St. Louis and moved to Lawrence, Kansas to begin his studies at KU in 2004. He became deeply embedded in the local culture and eventually bought a farm where he now lives with his partner and two children. Rolf’s professional design experience includes high rise work, private resort documentation, specialty tech facilities, K-12, and residential design ranging in scale from 300 SF to 12,000 SF. His favorite projects are hyper local in materials and values and blur the lines of home and garden and status quo.
